We offer subscriptions, one-time payments, and free trials.

All payments are billed monthly.

Please note that we do not provide refunds.

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and not to:

Use our services for any illegal activities.

Generate harmful or misleading content using our AI.

Infringe on any intellectual property rights.

7. Company Rights

We reserve the right to:

All branding, software, and AI models remain the property of MC Works.

Client data and content provided to us remain the property of the client.

No Warranties: Our services and outputs (including AI-generated content) are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy or non-infringement of intellectual property rights.

Users may cancel their subscription at any time. We reserve the right to cancel or terminate services at our discretion.
